Style Windows were contracted for the design, supply and installation of the external windows, doors and curtain walling screens for this prestigious new Office building at 21, Seaton Place which is in a prominent position on a major access route to the town centre.

The project included several challenging features, including a recessed automatic entrance screen, areas of curved on plan panoramic curtain walling screens and many areas of complex interface, demanding bespoke and intricately shaped insulated panel and flashing works.

All of these challenging details were successfully resolved by our in house design team.

Style Windows employed the following contemporary commercial grade systems on this project:

'Sapa Dualframe 75Si’ system double glazed thermally broken fixed pane and horizontal pivot opening windows.

'Sapa Dualframe 75Si’ system double glazed thermally broken casement opening windows with bespoke adaptation electric actuation for smoke venting in conjunction with the building fire management systems.

A variety of door systems including: ‘Sapa Dualsecure’ thermally broken aluminium hinged doors, ‘Sapa STII’ system heavy duty commercial thermally broken aluminium pivot action doors and ‘SAPA Secur II’ system thermally broken aluminium fire resistant doors, all with a variety of variant adaptations, including standard manual operation, emergency exit operation and operation in conjunction with an access management system.

A prominent entrance screen using a combination of ‘Sapa Elagance 52’, clamped and capped curtain walling screening, ‘Sapa 202’ commercial duty door system, ASSA Abloy EMLS’ automatic operating equipment and bespoke pressed metal flashing and panel works.

@Sapa Elegance 52’ clamped and capped curtain walling screening, incorporating areas of large panoramic glazing and spandrel panels comprising ceramic backed insulated glazing. Some of the most prominent of these curtain walling screen are curved in design, involving the specialist bespoke precision bending of aluminium framing and glazing materials.
