	DPZ Capital is a recently established investment management boutique that focuses on absolute return investments. Headed up by Darren Zaman, DPZ Capital’s highly experienced staff manage a variety of private client and institutional investment management mandates for both local and institutional clients.
	Capita Trust Company was one of the first trust companies to be established in Jersey. In September 2005, Capita acquired Channel House Trustees to form Capita Fiduciary Group and at the end of last year moved into their new landmark offices at 26 Esplanade.
	Investec Trust have recently completed the refurbishment of their offices in Le Plaiderie, St Peter Port, Guernsey to include three new boardrooms and training rooms together with an general meeting room. Their aim was to provide high quality boardroom settings together with audio and visual aids that allow top quality presentations but can also be utilised as a valuable training resource.
	Jersey Water have recently refurbished much of their office accommodation at their Headquarters on Westmount, St. Helier with the aim of increasing the available office space and making it more user friendly.
	SG Hambros took advantage of their recent move to new premises by completely rethinking their office space. The new office designed by Naish Waddington Architects is open plan and incorporates three atriums, one centrally and one at each façade, all of which provide an abundance of natural light.
